A desirable red Tourmaline with a stunningly intense color similar to Ruby. Rubellite is the pink-to-red variety of Elbaite Tourmaline. Gems that exhibit a true spectral red are considered the most valuable. In terms of clarity, Rubellites are type III gems. Thus, meaning they almost always contain inclusions.
